Currently, UHAC is looking for a Support Specialist to join the Med-El team. The Support Specialist acts as a Canadian representative for Med-El, ensuring that the account runs smoothly and efficiently.
Founded in 1922, Union Hearing Aid Center was the first hearing aid office in Toronto. Now, almost 100 years later, the practice has grown to include 20 staff members, including Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists who help service over 17,000 satisfied patients.
Customer service is a large part of this role, responsibilities include:
- Answering emails and phone inquiries
- Completing sales orders
- Handling registration card inputs and warranty returns
- Shipping and tracking
- ADHEAR device orders
- Submitting requests to government agencies for clients receiving financial aid
- Order stock for the practice
Our ideal candidate is friendly, patient and has excellent communication skills. A post-secondary education, knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills are a must.
