Tina Oxford brings more than 15 years of senior-level HR experience to Brown Consulting Group. As an accomplished business partner at the CEO table, Tina has worked with start-ups to global players that are undergoing critical business transformations requiring growth strategies, turnarounds, cultural development, internal communications and human resources planning.
Tina brings this knowledge and breadth of experience to Brown Consulting Group clients. She assists clients with both onsite and strategic support, working closely with managers and senior leadership to navigate through human resource challenges. Her broad base of knowledge, business acumen and the ability to build strong relationships proves to be invaluable in helping clients to find innovative solutions to HR issues.
Prior to joining Brown Consulting Group, Tina has served as a key member of leadership teams throughout her career. As the Senior Director, Strategy and Communications for the President of a global IT company, she shaped the vision, strategy and internal communications resulting in increased employee engagement year over year. Her breadth of HR leadership also includes leading a North American HR team supporting a global organization of 2500 employees and Vice-President, Human Resources for one of PROFIT Magazine’s list of Canada’s 100 fastest-growing companies.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the University of Western Ontario. She has completed additional certifications in Human Resources Management, Project Management and a number of leadership development programs.
Tina is an active member on the Board of Directors for a not-for-profit organization leading its Human Resources Committee.
