Key Responsibilities
  • Drive to and conduct showings of rental properties across the GTA 
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the showing process from inquiry to showings to the application process 
  • Provide accurate reporting on property activity, showing feedback, and prospective tenant profiles 
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective tenants and Landlord team via phone and email 
  • Maintain professional email etiquette and manage digital correspondence efficiently 
  • Apply strong attention to detail and logical thinking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting 
  • Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment 
Qualifications
  • Resides in the Greater Toronto Area with easy access to downtown Toronto 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Ontario G Class driver’s license preferred 
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills 
  • Sound judgment with the ability to assess people and situations objectively 
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; calm, professional, and solution-oriented 
  • Polished, personable, and professional in client-facing settings 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently 
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology (training provided) 
  • Experience in real estate, leasing, hospitality, or sales is an asset but not required
