The founder of Brown Consulting Group, Lynn Brown, always focused on service excellence and the importance of finding the right solution for our clients. As a mentor to both our team and those in the industry she continues to promote leading edge consulting initiatives in our HR practice. Most recently, and in recognition of her excellence to the management consulting profession, she was conferred as a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario. With a wealth of experience in human resources management and a proven track record of leadership, Laura brings a dynamic and strategic vision to the organization. Her commitment to excellence aligns seamlessly with the values that have defined Brown Consulting Group throughout its history. As the Managing Director, Laura brings a fresh perspective with plans to lead the company into its next chapter. Her vision for the future aligns seamlessly with the core values and principles that Brown Consulting Group has upheld since its inception.
Laura joined Brown Consulting Group in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of the team. She offers comprehensive client support across a range of diverse areas encompassing recruitment and retention strategies, employee engagement, employee relations, policy development, training and management coaching.
Lynn Brown will continue to work with her clients and the team as our Founder and Senior Advisor.
